IN THE SPOTLIGHT
Dropshipping is a form of e-commerce in tripartite. You, the Merchant who does not have stocks and who makes the finalBuyer deliver directly by his named supplier, the Marketplace (in this case B2brands) for a subscription.
To do so, you must be registered for a B2brands account.
B2brands may reject your application for an account or cancel an existing account for any reason in its sole discretion.
You are responsible for your account and any materials you upload to the B2brands Dropshipping service, said Marketplace. Please remember that if you violate these terms, we will cancel your service.
You, referred to as the Merchant, use the Service at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or conditions, express, implied or statutory.
B2brands does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
B2brands does not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
B2brands does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
As a B2brands dropshipper you are subject to the B2brands.com Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2- Cost of the service
The Dropshipping service of B2brands provides 3 pricing formulas:
1. Basic monthly at 29€ + VAT if applicable (invoiced monthly)
2. Basic half-yearly at 174€+VAT if applicable (invoicing every 6 months)
3. Annual Basic at 348€+VAT if applicable (invoiced every 12 months)
4. Premium monthly at 59€+VAT if applicable (invoiced every month)
5. Premium half-yearly at 354€+VAT if applicable (invoiced every 6 months)
6. Annual Premium at 708€+VAT if applicable (invoiced every 12 months)
The cost of the service is not refundable.
Depending on the subscription chosen, the service will have a duration of 1, 6 or 12 months from the date of subscription of the previous package.
The renewal of the service is automatic.
- if the prepayment was made via Paypal then the amount will be debited directly through Paypal recurring payments. - if the payment was made by bank transfer, then it is your responsibility to make the new payment before the due date, i.e. 7 days before the expiration of your plan.
To deactivate the renewal service, you must send an email to
paiement@B2brands.com 30 days before the due date for the half-yearly and annual subscription or 15 days before the due date for the monthly subscription.
The Merchant will have to cancel at the same time the automatic payments from his Paypal profile.
B2brands does not make any refunds.
3- Cancellation and termination of dropshipping service
You can cancel your dropshipping subscription at any time by sending an email to payment@B2brands. B2brands will send you instructions to follow. A subscription started is due in full.
In the event of termination of the Services by either party for any reason: B2brands will cease to provide you with the dropshipping Service and you will no longer be able to access the data provided by your subscription; any unpaid balance owed to B2brands for your use of the Services through the effective date of such termination will become immediately due and payable in full.
If, as of the date of termination of the Service, any unpaid charges are owed by you, you will receive a final invoice via email. Once this invoice has been paid in full, you will no longer be charged.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the B2brands dropshipping Service or your account for any reason, without notice and at any time.
Fraud: Without limiting other remedies, B2brands may suspend or terminate your Account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have participated in fraudulent activity in connection with our Service.
4- Content of the Service
After the activation of the Service it is possible to download the file in Excel, CSV or XML format by clicking on the following link: https: //www.B2brands.com/fr/account_dropshipping.html
The file contains all the products present on the catalog of B2brands.com.
In addition to the tags, the following elements are specified for each product:
1. product code (unique identifier)
2. brand name
4 ) Description in 8 languages (French, Italian, German, English, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Czech)
5 ) Volumetric weight
6. link to photos
7. retail price
8. selling price (excluding VAT)
9. rrp suggested price (including VAT)
10 . product Ean to size
13. quantity in stock
14 . customs code
5- Delivery and Logistics 5-1 Delivery
The execution and shipment of a Merchant's order will only take place after the Merchant has paid in full for such order. Merchant will receive a tracking number for each order filled, an order is deemed shipped when a tracking number is provided and the first checkpoint in the shipping process has occurred.
Merchant shall ensure that the shipping information (name, complete address, correct phone number) provided by Buyer in any order is valid. B2brands has the right to cancel any order containing invalid Buyer's shipping information. If an order containing Buyer's invalid shipping information is shipped by B2brands but cannot be delivered to Buyer, such an order delivery failure shall be deemed to be a failure to deliver.If an order containing invalid shipping information from Buyer is shipped by B2brands but cannot be delivered to Buyer, such order delivery failure will be considered the fault of Merchant and Merchant will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment of the order.
Packages sent to the end customer do not contain any reference to B2brands.com
B2brands has the right to change the delivery details on a product's page on the Marketplace from time to time and without notice, however, such change will not apply to products that have been ordered by a Merchant and are not fulfilled as of the date of such change.
5.2 Delivery Provider
B2brands will only ship orders through the carrier La Poste nationally and internationally.
5.3 Delivery rates and locations
B2brands delivers products directly to the end customer only in the European countries designated below:
* The standard rates of the post office are applied above 5 kg volumetric ( See the shipping rates )
B2brands.com makes shipments to extra EU countries only under certain destinations (for more information contact Customer Service) and only to the address of the Merchant.
Cumulative shipments are possible with a minimum order of 1.000,00 €.
Shipping costs are always at the Merchant's expense.
5.4 Delivery time
Orders after full payment will be shipped within 72 hours, a tracking number will be provided to the Merchant on his dropshipping account. It is the Merchant's responsibility to provide the information to his Buyer.
Holidays or other events may cause delays in the delivery of orders. B2brands will inform, as far as possible, the Merchant who will then be required to inform his Buyers of any delays in delivery.
6- The products
6-1 : Product description
All the information available on the Products are provided on the product page of the Marketplace.
Merchants may provide additional information about the Products to prospective Buyers but are responsible for providing accurate information, and for ensuring that, where applicable, all applicable measurements of the Products comply with the applicable measurement standards of Buyer's jurisdiction.
Merchants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to their use of the Products they purchase on the Marketplace and resell to Buyers.
Product samples are not provided by Marketplace suppliers. Merchants who wish to evaluate a Product before offering it for sale are encouraged to order a Product from the Marketplace supplier for quality evaluation and inspection.
B2brands does not pre-screen Products made available through the Marketplace, but has the discretion to remove Products in its sole discretion, without violating the Merchant Policy, Terms of Service, Terms and Conditions.
6-2: Quantity and Availability of Items
Products offered for sale on the Marketplace by B2brands are not reserved for any particular Merchant and, as such, quantities of these Products may be distributed to Merchants who purchase these Products for sale to their Buyers.
B2brands does not guarantee the inventory levels of the Products they list on the Marketplace, nor does it guarantee the replenishment of these Products and cannot be held responsible for them.
B2brands is not required to give notice to Merchants of unpublished and/or removed Products from the Marketplace.
The sale prices of the Products are the same as those indicated in the B2brands.com catalog, excluding VAT. (VAT applicable to French merchants only).
With the exception of shipping prices for existing orders that have been fully paid but not fulfilled, B2brands has the right to change product information and shipping rates for orders without prior notice to Merchants. It is the responsibility of Merchants to monitor any such changes in the Marketplace.
7- Product Payment Terms
The end customer purchases the product from the Buyer who then creates the order on the B2brands.com platform by entering the end customer's own billing and shipping information.
The payment must be made within 10 days of the creation of the order or it will be cancelled.
Payment can be made by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.
An invoice is issued for each order; the invoice can be downloaded directly to the Buyer's profile.
B2brands does not apply any additional percentage on the sale of products on the Marketplace
8- After Sales and Product Return Policies 8-1 Order Cancellation
The Merchant may cancel an order at any time before it is fulfilled, except in cases where the order is marked "in preparation" on its customer account, in which case only the Merchant has the right to request and receive a refund for that order.
8-2 Return of products
The Merchant may request a return of the products within 8 days of the receipt of the order by his end-buyer, by following the instructions below:
1. go to the "My Orders" section
2. select the order to be returned
Click on "Request Return" for the product you want to return and select the reason from the drop-down list.
4. make the request and wait for an email from our customer service with instructions to follow.
5. send the instructions to the final customer and ask him to insert the ORDER NUMBER in the package (without the order number we cannot guarantee the recovery of the goods).
The products must be returned intact, with their original packaging, otherwise the credit note will not be issued to the customer's account. Shipping costs are at the expense of the Merchant, unless otherwise instructed. The credit note is loaded on the Merchant's profile within a maximum of 15 days following the receipt of the products at B2brands. The Merchant will simply deduct it directly when paying for a new order. The credit expires automatically after 1 year if it is not used.
B2brands does not exchange goods.
8-3 After Sales Service
If the Buyer receives incorrect, defective or non-conforming Products as described on the B2brands Marketplace, the Merchant has the right to dispute the order by contacting B2brands customer service by email at: contact@B2brands.com and request a full refund.
The Merchant has fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to request a refund for an incorrect or damaged product. Merchant must provide documentary evidence to support the specific claims raised. If the Merchant fails to do so, B2brands may reject the refund relating to unsupported claims.
Information provided by the Merchant must be relevant, accurate, descriptive and presented in a professional manner. Any abusive behavior or language by Merchants towards B2brands is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
If the Dispute is validated, B2brands will pay for the return of the Products and will issue a refund within ten (10) calendar days following the processing of the return by its services.
8-4 Delivery Guarantee
B2brands is responsible for an order until it has been delivered to the Buyer in full, except in cases where the order could not be delivered in full due to the fault of the Merchant or the Buyer (e.g., an incorrect address was given to the Buyer). e.g., an incorrect address was provided, Buyer refused to take delivery of the order, invalid phone number, etc.). In cases where an order could not be delivered in full due to the fault of the Merchant or the Buyer (as described in section 5-1), B2brands will receive the full payment associated with the order and will not be required to reship the order.
9- Service and Price Changes
Prices for use of the Services may be changed upon 30 days notice from B2brands. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes on the B2brands website (B2brands.com).
B2brands reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
B2brands will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
10- Intellectual Property and Customer Content We do not claim any intellectual property rights in the content you provide to your customers.
You retain ownership of all content you upload; however, by making your site public, you agree to allow others to view such content that you post publicly in your store. You are responsible for ensuring that the content complies with any applicable laws or regulations.
We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties unless we are required by law to disclose.
B2brands shall have the right and non-exclusive license to use the names, trademarks, service marks and logos associated with your store to promote its dropshipping Service.
B2brands is not responsible for direct agreements between the Merchant and its Buyer.
Our Dropshipping service is not sellable to third parties.
B2brands reserves the right to modify and/or change the rules contained in this Merchant Policy at any time and without notice. Such changes will be effective as of the date of posting or as expressly communicated in writing to the Merchant(s). Any modifications or changes to this Merchant Policy will be available at: https://www.B2brands.com/fr/p-cgv.html
This Merchant Policy and any other rules, guidelines or policies incorporated by reference may be available in languages other than French. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the French B2brands Policies and the B2brands Policies available in other languages, the most recent French version of the B2brands Policies at https://www.B2brands.com/fr/p-cgv.html shall prevail.
