Delivery methods

Delivery times are expressed from their shipping by our services. Once registered your order with the carrier (so notified as Shipped by us), you receive a parcel tracking number that puts you in direct contact with the carrier.

ATTENTION: The price and delivery times mentioned below are valid for mainland France. However, you can be aware of information specific to the delivery of each destination thanks to this simulator on the confirmation page of your shopping cart.

When you receive the notification email informing you of the shipment of your order by us, it is possible that the tracking number of your package does not work. Indeed, it sometimes takes a few hours before your number is recognized by the carrier.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON EXPÉDTION AND DELIVERY: The product ordered is delivered by the carrier selected by B2brands to the address on the order form. The main carrier for France being post or gls if you want faster receipt.

Your order is set in shipping an average of 48/72 working hours from the date of order. In the event of unusual delay, an email will be sent. These periods may be unusually elongated during sales periods or promotional operations, but never exceed 72 hours. When shipping your order, an email confirmation will be sent. This indicates the date of shipment implementation of the package (leaving our warehouse) and the tracking number of the carrier that allows you to monitor your package selected in the postal service. If your package is shipped to you via Colissimo (La Poste) and are absent during delivery, a notice will be left in your mailbox. then you have a period of fifteen (15) days to remove your post office. Participation in shipping is flat: You only pay once per order shipping charge, even if it contains more items. We do not do sending against reimbursement or by Delivery, and do not deliver in hotels, campsites, military bases or PO boxes. If your package is shipped by another carrier (example: gls) and are absent during delivery, a notice will be left. On the latter face a phone number you must dial in order to agree with the carrier of a new delivery date. If the carrier has not managed to deliver your package (no contact despite calling card, wrong address ...), your package will be returned to us. We will contact you by email to inform you of the reason for the non-delivery. As appropriate, we will confirm with you the delivery address. We also will agree on a new date for setting delivery.
